What kind of windows do you have? Do you have windows that can fold down and open inwards in your house. Depending on if you can do that, that would be easier than using a ladder from the outside of the house. But even better and faster would be to clean your windows and frame with a power washer. You can use a hose and they also have squeegees that have extending handles to help you reach further.
There are squeegees on extension poles that you can use OR, you can open the windows and hang out on the sill from the inside to clean them! 😎 (This does often make you climb around on the sills btw)

Windex makes a cleaner that you use your hose and attach the bottle and it sprays up to 2 stores - you let it sit then rinse I found it at Walmart with the regular windex- it works great
I second the windex in the hose spray bottle. It works well for windows and outdoor furniture.
Power washer
Well you should be able to clean the windows from the inside. But if you can't reach the outside part of the windows without a ladder, you could hose down the windows and use a squeegee with a long handle like this one: https://amzn.to/2YJw2G1
We use a pressure washer, but you could use one of those telescoping brushes. Then hose the window off
I agree that a hose or power washer would work. A squeegee in an extension pole would work, too.
HELLO SIMON,
You can use a Magnetic system for window cleaning, available online (ebay) etc. or
use an extended window cleaner brush and a hose, or employ someone else to do it for you.
You can buy those spray bottles that have soap in them that attach to a hose. Turn the water on and spray, it's very easy.
Borrow a ladder or a truck and stand in the truck bed.
