How to use with plastic or glass containers?

Love this project. Great job! Very creative!

I'm wondering if this Mod Podge would work on glass or ceramic containers, or on a plastic canister set (quite large). It seems it would totally revive the items for display as planters or to hide hubby's golf junk, papers, dog cookies, office supplies, laundry spray/dryer sheets etc.

thank you so much.

    Hi Sharon,

The best person to ask is the one who presented it, There is a place under the presentation where you can ask your questions.

This is a general forum and the chances of that person seeing your questions is unlikely.

Hi Sharon, it looks like you are trying to comment and ask a question about one of the projects. You can do a search if you click on the blue house in the upper left corner. Go into the project and then comment and question there. This is the question forum but we don't know what particular project you are referring to.

  • You are asking about a specific project, but I can tell you that Mod Podge makes different formulas so, yes, you can use it on different containers. Here's a link explaining the formulas:

Mod podge will work on glass and plastic containers. Here is a video covering all of the different Mod Podge products and their uses: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xZBGcO10zo

  • You'll need to seek out the project you were reading to ask your question there but yes, Mod Podge works on just about any surface.

This is a general Q&A posting area, the person who's project you're asking about would likely be unaware of your question about their project post. To get an answer about a specific post, ask the question directly below the project that will likely get you a reply from the Hometalk poster.

If you ever want to go back to see a particular project, just click on the little blue house at the top of this page, left-hand corner. If you can't find a particular project, you can use the search bar. Also, please consider checking out "Explore Projects" for even more additional ideas.

    Hope this helps.

you would need to go back to the project you are talking about and ask there -we don't have any idea what projects you are looking at. Sorry! But mod podge can be used on glass, plastic, baskets, almost anything. I have used napkins, scrapbook paper, wrapping paper, etc for my designs and applied with mod podge

Hi! If you go back to the project, you can ask questions at the end of the project. There are so many projects posted, it's hard to know which one you ate asking about. Good luck and stay safe!
