First, try a plunger. If that doesn't work, baking soda, vinegar, and hot water may clear the clog. Here's a link with detailed instructions:

Hi Mary. You can unclog the toilet using a plumber's snake. You feed it down into the toilet and pull it back up. The tiny teeth down the entire length will help pull the clog up. No chemicals involved. Good luck Mary. Hoping all is well with you.
A mobile home toilet unplugs just like any other toilet. Avoid flushing things like "flushable" wipes. Toilet paper, urine and excrement should be the only things. A plunger will usually do the trick. If it doesn't, a plumber's snake is easy to use for clogs. I learned how to use one by watching a video on Home Depot 's website. Stay safe!

Start with a plunger, that should clear most clogs. If not clear, I have used dish soap in the toilet followed by a bucket of water poured from a few feet above the toilet, that may force the clog down and out. If no luck, then use a plumbers" snake. After that it is time to call the plumber.
To avoid problems as other Hometalkers have stated, only TP and excrement go down the toilet.
Hello Mary,
Use a Plumbers Plunger or a chemical for the job! Although I have lived in a mobile home, I never had this problem, so if you are worried about doing it yourself, ask a neighbour what they do in these circumstances, and maybe they will assist you....Best wishes.

A plumbers snake that chucks into a cordless drill is a great tool for all drains.
Have you tried plunging it realy fast realy fast .or you could wrap in plastic wrap the whole bowl then push on the middle and the water will go up and down try that
Home Depot sells a snake that you attach to your electric drill. It is very easy to use if you have already tried to plunge the potty.

I would try a snake, that is what my husband has done in the past and it almost always works.
