A simple way to add visual appeal to a photo without a frame. A fun quick diy!!

Supplies

•1x2 boards - sizing you want for your picture is dependant on what you would like. If you want the board to be longer than the picture I would do 1-2” on either size so measure and cut accordingly

•nails/screws/airnailer - all of these work, just be sure to check length so that they are long enough to hold both boards together

•hammer

•cotton, leather, jute string

•eye screw - for holding it up with the string

•and a picture of your choosing

Step 1

Cut your boards to size if you haven’t already and than find the back board for the top and put in a eye screw at either end! I went an 1.5” in on either side

Step 2

Put your picture inbetween both boards making sure that it is straight and the boards are flush( same on all sides) and you have the back of the boards, than nail in 2-3 nails on each side and 2 in the middle( the paper/picture will than have holes in them as well if you ever decide to take it out) this is just to secure everything so as it hangs, it won’t slip out! Do the same to the top boards, making sure the board with the eye screws is at the back

Finished

Attach your string and find that perfect place to hang it!
