Do you have a picture? Are you attracted to warm or cool colors? Want neutral with maybe a bold colored accent wall? I think a light color like light gray would be great with a dark gray or even wall papered accent wall?
Hi Esmeralda, without knowing what colors your funiture, etc. might be, I woud simply suggest a nice pure white. This will look clean, reflect light, and make the area appear clean and larger. By going white nearly any decor you chooose will look nice and especially colorul artwork will pop!

My advice is to go with a neutral color and then decorate with vibrant colors. I use to have rooms painted in colors and then now I am going neutral because I would be "stuck" and unable to change decor outside of a color palette without repainting. I'd go with a beige, gray or white so that you can change up the decor easily.
