How to make a large flat concrete frog for a flower bed?

I want to make a flat, “Quikrete” frog, then apply stones in a mosaic pattern for one of my flower beds. Not sure how to go about making the frog shape in Quikrete.
WOW, you are ambitious. I could never be so artistic. First, draw out your frog on a large piece of cardboard. You might have to put a few pieces together. Then you can build your form. You will need something sturdy enough to hold the wet mix while pliable enough to bend. I'm not sure if luan would work. Maybe the laminate that is used to put onto countertops would be a good material. You might have to browse in a big box store to find the right material. This will make an amazing project! But you might want to make the body and legs one piece rather than all the small pieces.

Use old cheap wall paneling. It is pliable when it’s cheap and thin! Stake it in the ground in the shape you want. My husband made me a curved flower bed in this way!

Two ways I would do it. Dig out the frog form in the ground. Tamp the soil down hard and smooth. Pour the concrete in the "form". Fill a shallow box with sand. Dampen the sand and create the frog form. Gently tamp the sand smooth. Pour the concrete in the form.
How about using a board with the pattern on it. Outline the shape every inch with nails. Cut up plastic tubs from the dollar store and set inside the nails to a little bit higher than the height you want the frog to be. Hold in place with a line of silicone that will be on the bottom and you will not see. Ease the concrete into the form to hold the plastic upright then fill the rest in to the height you want.
