Patricia: I planted a stencil (ivy leaves) on my mirror perimeter... I simply used little bottles of acrylic paint from Michaels. ...they lasted for years!
Patricia, have you seen this video?
The mirror itself, or the frame?
Do you want paint the actual mirror?
Hi Patricia: I've painted right on my mirrors and windows with glass paint and no problem. Just make sure the surface is clean and not greasy, not even a finger print :)
Her are a couple of sites that may help:
Use spray paint
Do you mean the frame for the mirror? I’d tape the edges of the mirror that meet the frame and then paint the frame with chalk paint.
Spray paint but my favorite one is antique mercury technique
Use an ART brush. easier for tight spaces. Best wishes
I think people already know you paint with a paint brush.
What are you trying to achieve? More details might be helpful. Are you taking about the frame or a decorative finish to the actual mirror?
I painter mine with chalk board paint and it worked great. You can paint it with paint made for glass
I think it depends on what you’re trying to accomplish. You can use glass paint.
