Paint has pealed off where I had some tape. How-to fix??
I have concrete walls and a teenaged daughter who has put up posters and stuff but now we are changing it all and the tape has pulled off in chunks and the surrounding paint is not fully stuck to the wall. What do I need to use to patch this so when I repaint it won't stand out? Thanks

I’d use drywall “mud” sand and then prime it.
I would prime it first
You'll have to remove any loose paint. Patch with drywall patching compound, sand smooth, prime, and paint
Use the no shrink drywall patching compond. It will bond to concrete and easier to work with.
Hello Amala,
Scrape off all loose paint, Sand the walls flat or try to dab in the areas with a small brush and some of the original paint. Best wishes.
Hi! Great advice. If the paint is peeling, it may be the wall wasn't prepped properly. Be sure to remove all the loose paint before making repairs. Good luck and stay safe!
Be sure to scrape off all the loose paint and sand the edges smooth. Touch-up using the same paint.
After a light sanding, use a thin layer of spackling. Very thin. This will build up the indentation left by the missing paint before you repaint.
Any time you paint keep a small baby food jar of the paint available for touch ups. This keeps you from dragging out the whole gallon can of paint and hunting for lid lifter and stirring. Just shake and repaint. Mark the lid or label the jar so you know what room it is for.
Sand around the area and remove any other flaking paint. You should be good after that to repaint over.
Repaint.
