Cardboard isn't strong enough to do much good. You need strength and weight. IT would blow away in my area. However, a weighted cardboard box with a table cloth covering it might give you a temporary solution. I built my own tables using left over tile, and some cedar boards from Lowe's. The legs were 2"x2" railing boards and the rest of it was 1-1/4" ceder deck boards.

Hi, are you talking about a card table? Or using corrugated cardboard? Unfortunately, neither will hold up to the brutality of winter. I would consider painting it if a card table, perhaps recovering the top with Contact paper?

Hello are you asking about a temporary - disposable cardboard decorative runner? Or something that is supposed to be longer lasting. Cardboard will not withstand outdoor weather.
