I saw where someone took a styrofoam tree form and attached vintage jewelry. I thought it was very pretty. You could also do ornaments with balls.
It depends on the piece! Can you share photos and we give specific ideas?
You can glue it on a board to be framed in shapes like a flamingo, seahorse, or Christmas tree.

I've pinned vintage Christmas pins on a cloth tree, displayed them on wall hangings, had them on lamp shades, and seen them used in bridal bouquets. If you can pin it or glue it on something, they are great decor! Good luck and stay safe!
Hi SusieQ. You could take them apart and attach to shoes or boots. Use Gorilla Glue or E6000 glue. You could also use your pieces to make Christmas ornaments. Those would make great Christmas gifts.
Smaller, or more lightweight pieces can be used to embellish gift wrappings. Here are some examples.

Take them out of the settings and glue them onto Altoid.tins. Use E6000 glue.
Hi SusieQ.
Take it apart and start again or adapt it to suit your requirements. Stitch beads etc.to cushions or apply to boxes, Hats, collars etc. Have fun...

Oh, so many ways.....depending on what makes you happy. It can be added to various objects, made into worthwhile useable objects, decorating holiday trees, making wall hangings, etc., etc. It can also be incorporated into jewelry items, necklaces repurposed into bacelets or brooches, etc.
