Can resin be painted on with a brush?
Yes. A synthetic brush is best.
There is some good information here:
I've used brushes. They work well. Good luck and stay safe!
A foam roller would work also
Hi Pat. Generally speaking, foam roller brushes work best at applying epoxy resin products. This is due to the uneven application that can sometimes occur with bristle brushes.
Yes, you can, I would go with a foam roller or a foam brush.
I suppose you could, depending on what the project is. You would probably need to throw the brush afterwards though.
You can but I would recommend a high end brush. Make sure it doesn't easily loose bristles. Nothing worse than finishing a job to find a loose one in the finish. That involves sanding down and resurfacing that area. UGH. Foam would be a better route I think.
Hello generally epoxy resin is self leveling and introducing abrush on application might further introduce hairs or debris it is a really risky maneuver that might be able to be carefully done with this awareness.
Hi Pat: Perhaps this site will help:
Yes it can!
