What is a good adhesive?

I am wanting to glue a narrow wooden piece of trim at the bottom of my shiplap where it meets the formica countertop. I have tried numerous adhesives/glues in the past ... I need something that adheres quickly ... thanks!

Gorilla glue is awesome and works quickly and they have several formulas that should meet your needs- you can find it at hardware stores, Walmart, etc.

Agreed, go check out the gorilla glue options. Liquid nails is pretty good stuff too but it doesn't dry very fast.

I like Loctite products. Or you can use a good construction glue.

Since it's wood, use a quality wood glue. Gorilla glue makes a great one.
E6000 (in the tube) should work very well. The trick I learned (which is in the directions) is to apply to each surface, wait a few minutes, and then join to the two surfaces.
