Hey everyone!

Can y’all believe it’s almost September! Time just keep flying by for us! Seems like I blinked and summer is almost over!

I have been seeing beautiful topiaries all over decor sites and figured I would attempt to make my own!

There are so many options from olive branches to lavender to oranges.

To age your terra cotta pots like these check out my previous post (aged terra cotta pots DARK for this look).

For each pot you will need:

  • Pot
  • 2- 28” olive branches
  • Styrofoam ball
  • Tacky glue
  • Small piece of twine or something to hold the stems together
  • Moss
  • Kebab stick

Glue the styrofoam ball to the bottom of your pot and let it dry for an hour.

While your waiting on this to dry tie your stems together using your twine.

Now make a hole for the stems by pushing them into the styrofoam and then back out.

Add some tacky glue to the hole and then your stems.

Finally, cover the foam ball with moss and stand your kebab stick up against the stems to help keep them straight.

Thanks so much for stopping by!!
