Do speak to oven manufacturers, they may say if it is possible and if so, what to buy or maybe they will supply the finish or offer to do it for you? It will have to be heat resistant

and suitable to be used where there is food! Good luck!

Mask off any areas you don't want to change and keep away from gasket. Use a high heat spray paint - like that used to paint BBQ grills. Clean area before painting. Remove handles is possible. Oven doors have a way to remove the door from the hinge. I would take the door and put it on a flat surface or saw horses to paint it while horizontal. Spray paint drops fly away, so you need to protect other areas.
