Buy new Weather Strips (Hardwood) from DIY Store. Cut to size if adjustment is called for. Prize off the old Weather strips (If screwed on - release the screws). Rub down the area to allow a good surface for glue and screws. Use No More Nails to glue Strip to door and Screw in place from the back. Decorate to match existing. Hope that helps.
