Oil-based Conditioner for a deck?
I’m wanting to condition some decking that gets way too much sun and is super dry.
Any suggestions on what to use?

Here in Australia you can by a decking oil for this. Your hardware store should sell it.

A good oil based stain should do the trick.
Hello,
The Outdoor Timber Preserving Isle of your DIY store should have a selection of colours and manufacturers to choose from!
Here are 7 wood conditioners at Lowes, you can click the "compare" key over multiple products and it will tell you what their qualities are for each product:

I think it's going to depend on the condition of the wood, if it has been previously stained or painted. Take a photo with you to the paint department and discuss it there. I needed to strip and start over; you can see the process I did here: https://www.flippingtheflip.com/2018/08/the-deck-redux-part-i.html

I like Olympia which is highly rated. I live in PNW which the rain can do much damage and it keeps it looking new.
Hello again,
Try Teak Oil, that should bring the life back into the wood. Enjoy the journey!

Hello. I urge you to make your decision with careful thought. Oil based might be a great choice!
We have a huge deck with heavy sun exposure and we went to the big box hardware store and chose one of the deck sealer‘s with the labeled best coverage with 7 year rating. This turned out to be a water-based solid stain which is much like paint. We regret doing this as the finish wears poorly with dismissal preformance.
Because it was a behr product they have complimentary replaced several the 5 gallon cans of the deck sealer along with the deck was.
But this is really of no help because the deck needs touch up every year due to the heavy sun exposure and resulting effect on the pressure treated wood with their stain products. my husband wishes it would be an easy job to strip it and get rid of it completely but it is an overwhelming chore.
Best wishes choosing your deck sealing product. I hope you don’t have the problems that we did.
Many deck products are available.
This shows how to oil the deck: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BmW4ez0HNyc For oil recommendations, I'd visit your hardware store and ask for advice!
