You could cut a piece of paper/cardstock to fit in the frame, labeled with the days of the week down the side. Put it behind the glass and use a dry-erase marker to add your menu for each day.

Hi Di, If you are wanting to change the menu every day, I would suggest as above and writing on the glass. You can also print something each day and slip it into the frame.

Just print up a nene on the computer in whatever font you like and put it in a frame. The dollar store has some nice ones for this project
