For deep clean, I use Lysol toilet bowl cleaner in the black squirt bottle. Normal mopping:
1 cup baking soda
1 cup white vinegar
1 Tbsp blue Dawn
2 gallon HOT water
iF YOU HAVE TRIED BLEACH ANDD IT HASN;T WORKED, You could use a Liquid coloured Shoe Polish or Paint them or use Sharpies etc.
Here is a nice video tutorial for you for cleaning your bathroom floor grout: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nbOU5UZNsa0
Make a thin paste of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. Apply it to the grout and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Scrub with an old toothbrush and rinse clean.

Hi! Soft Scrub and a small scrub brush will clean it up. If it hasn't been sealed, sealing it will make it easier to clean. No Soft scrub? Try a paste of baking soda and water. Good luck and stay safe!
The grouting in the tiles may be worn down too far, or the sealant may be worn down too much for the grouting to be thoroughly cleaned, and remain clean.
It may be that the old grouting needs to be done again, or the sealant needs to be reapplied again.
