Take a wire wreath frame and ornaments from The Dollar Tree, add some fabric, bat cutouts and paper roses, and create a Glam and Gothic Batty Wreath.

Step 1

Gather your supplies. I used a wreath form, black mini ornaments, faux suede fabric scraps and paper roses I had in my stash.

The first step is to wrap your wire frame in fabric. I used two strips approx 4.5 x 30 inches ( didn't use all of the second strip). Use hot glue to anchor your first strip, then wrap tightly around your wreath form.

Step 2

This is what my wreath looked like fully wrapped.

Step 3

Once your wreath form is covered, cut out your bats. I used my Cricut Explore Air 2 and cut out 16 bats from black cardstock. I wanted some depth, so layered them into 8 pairs, scoring down the middle and using foam tape to layer.

Step 4

Once you have your bats glued to your wreath, it's time to add the ornaments! These come in packages of 18 and I used about one and a half packages in order to have enough groupings of matte, shiny, and glitter ornaments. I then added these paper roses to each ornament grouping.
