Are you ready for an easy one? These DIY cement magnets are it.
I got tired of having the same ole boring magnets on our refrigerator. Sometimes I forget that you can make just about anything with cement, so why not just make what you want?
I don’t do too much coloring of cement, so this was kind of a treat- playing with watercolor paints. It’s been a while since I’ve done any type of watercoloring.
Another great thing about these magnets is that they make such cute gifts, don’t they?
These magnets are surprisingly strong. Prep them ahead of time by separating each and placing them on your work surface, right next to where your mold will be cast.
Make sure they are spaced far enough away that they don’t grab a hold of each other, which is probably 6-8”.
