You can mix blue dawn with white cleaning vinegar, 50/50 in a spray bottle. Some people heat the vinegar but it mixed just fine for me at room temperature.
I keep a dish scrubber in a tall cup on the side of the bathtub. The scrubber holds a mixture of dish soap and vinegar. After anyone uses the bathtub/shower I scrub the soap scum off with the dish scrubber and rinse. I never have rings with this method.
For deep clean scrubbing I will use soap scrub. Keep one of these next to the bathtub and shower:

When mixed, pour into a spray bottle and fill with water. Shake. Spray down the grout and let it sit overnight. In the morning rinse. If you have stubborn stains, spray again. Use this mixture a few times a week. It will keep your grout and tiles clean. Also works wonders in the toilet bowl to keep hard water stains at bay. Oh you only have to heat the vinegar one time when you add the Dawn.
