Ive seen people see two together to make throw pillows.
You could make pillows out of them, placemats, a table-runner, or a quilt.

Decoupage would be my first guess or paper mache.
You could make new seat covers for dining room chairs from fabric napkins, look at this
Or you could make a wreath using your napkins. This one uses drop cloths, but you could use your napkins instead.

I love the quilt idea that someone suggest as well if you have a lot of them. If you are handy at sewing you could put them all together and make a patchwork quilt.
Our local mission would love to have something like this donated. They provide meals everyday to the homeless. Or perhaps a senior citizen organization like meals on wheels.
