Does the product Goose Repellant by Liquid Fence work when sprayed on the grass? I have read both negative & positive reports

Best I have heard is get a dog to chase the geese, some golf courses do this.
Coyote figures are the best thing to keep them out.
Hi Beverly, I love liquid Fence! In our area we use it for the deer and rabbits. If the liquid fence product is for geese, I would expect it to work. It's a great product. You will have to spray it often though.

Hello Beverly, I think if you use it correctly and reapply after rain, they should help you out, keep in mind they don't move far, but off your property is good. Proper application, and reapplying are very important. Definitely need to reapply after it gets wet, Hope this helps!
Athletic dogs are a great deterrent. Many here at our lake use swans at the shoreline, something you might wish to consider to research.
It does for awhile, but the dogs sound like a better deterant.
I live on a small lake and for many years we have dealt with Canada geese. So we finally put in an expensive fence to keep them out. It is only about 4 - 5 feet tall but does the trick when nothing else would. All our neighbors on the lake have done the same thing because they all tried everything and nothing worked.
I have not tried it. The most popular insecticide spray used to get rid of mosquitoes in your yard is Bifen IT (active ingredient: Bifenthrin). It is low toxicity and as an added bonus, it also helps reduce flea and tick populations.

Hello. I wish there was a proven chemical or mechanical way to deter geese. They are a nasty insult to our waterfront landscape.
Sadly I see that hearding dogs are the best option and deterrant.
