Would someone please tell me what this plant is?
I rescued this plant from my husband. It seem to be growing well. I transplanted it to a slightly larger container. It drops leaves from the bottom but continues to look healthy at the top. Please help this plant because it’s on its way out! Thanks!

This plant likes moist soil and bright, indirect light Here's a link with information on it's care:

Begonia's are easy to root in water. If the plant gets too "leggy" break off a piece and put the stem in water. When it roots in a few weeks add to the pot from the old one to make the pot fuller or start a new planter.
Here are some images to match to your plant:

This plant is also poisonous if you have kids, cats or dogs. To prevent it from getting leggy, when you see the newest, tiny leave pairs at the very top, pinch them off.... it will stimulate the lateral buds on the stem sides to form leaves making the plant bushy.
