HELP!

Question

I've have 4 cats and they Love laying in the windows sun bathing! So my Q for help is how to install a type of brasses on the Lower part of the screen. Cause it keeps coming lose and like this morning my very big boy fell out of the screen and was out side for abt a couple hours and when we found him he was so scared. Cause never been out side ever!!! Poor Guy ! So any idea's ?

Fitst you will probably have to re screen your window. Then maybe a few tension rods put in place on the inside for best coverage and least invasive remedy.

I would install a bar that spans the width of the window. Maybe a shower curtain rod that expands and fits tight in the window frame. You might increase the width of the ledge to give the cats more sleeping room.

I have had cats for many years and we had this happen as well so I stopped opening the windows all the way and just left them a tiny bit open so this wouldn't happen - also you can buy heavier screens to put up to prevent this.

Perhaps you can add a wider window ledge for the cats on the inside of the screen, then run a decorative piece of metal or wood across the screen on the outside as a brace for the screen so it can't come open again. Gotta love and protect those sunbathing cats!
