Do I take it you wish to make the Plywood look as though it is a Forest? If so Prime and undercoat the timber. Paint your forest with greens of many hues. If you want a 3D effect you could Apply Fabric or paper with Mod podge to build it up. Have fun!

If it’s just plywood, you can use any interior paint on it just fine.

Hello, this would be accomplished the same as any other wood painting, the wood should be smoothed by sanding (unless you want the rough look) and primed, you may have to apply 2 coats for even coverage.
