Use kerosene heater with lights inside for front porch
Here's a link with lots of ways to do this. I think the easiest is using a string of white lights.
My mom uses them with a mirror behind them. It doubles the light and are so pretty.

I looked and found nothing concerning a heater with lights (I am assuming from your question that is what you are looking for).
Why not just use rope lights and a heater both on the porch?
Do you have an old kerosene heater you want to repurpose with light for the porch? you question is not quite clear
you shouldn't add lights of any kind to a working kerosene heater
We used to use a kerosene heater as a supplemental heat source in our family room when we lived in an area where electric rates were too high.

That sounds like a lovely way to heat an outdoor space. Sounds like the lights add some ambiance and I'd like to sit on your front porch at night!
