I use either Purple Power from Walmart or KrudKutter. Both are great degreasers. And if it is light grease just use Dawn Platinum with water and rinse well.
I use Dollar Tree Awesome Degreaser on my client's greasy projects, and also the 1/2 gal. of Awesome Orange is another great cleaner in the kitchen on cupboards, walls and ceilings. There stuff is awesome! I also get the rubber kitchen gloves for my hands, and the round plastic scrubbies for tough bits and the car sponge for the big surfaces.

Use Soapy water (Washing up Liquid) + a little vinegar to remove grease, or buy a Kitchen cleaner from the Supermarket. Best wishes.
Try Blue Dawn dish soap in warm water.
Vinegar and Dawn dish soap in a spray bottle.
Good old HOT water and your favorite cleaner should work. Oh and some elbow grease
Most cleansers will remove grease. Best bet is an ounce of prevention and running a fan in the range hood.
