What type of stone? I have marble counters and know I have to clean them frequently. A poultice of baking soda will pull stains out with some patience. Avoid acid cleaners and harsh abrasives. Good luck and stay safe!
Hello. I am not sure what type of stone you were talking about whether it is granite marble or slate.
I used miracle brands spray cleaner and 511 sealer on my slate and did a nice job removing stains followed by sealing. Please see attached photo for the products are used. Your local tile or stone store might have similar products available.
What type of stone? is it inside or outside? you would need to use the proper cleaner for what ever type stone it is first then reapply a sealer which would make it shine again- here is some ideas but I don't know the type of stone you are talking about; granite, slate, marble, etc.
I have stained concrete stone located outside in my back yard. I have had it treated twice since my home was built in 2015. It has lost its color and shine.
This may or may not work for you but my laminate counter top was so damaged. I cleaned it up the best I could then used a floor wax to wipe on. It shined up my counter top and it looks like new! Here is the one I used https://amzn.to/2VyY7xD
