You could use curtains like those in hospital rooms. If they were on a track you could open and close them.
Get an eyelet tool and do verticle rows of eylets down the fabric so you can lash it onto the metal rods that hold up the bed using twine or paracord.. You can also sew channels onto the fabric down the places where your metal rods are to feed the poles through.
You could also pre-drill a hole near the floor, and then put an eyelet and use some kind of clip ring to hold it down.

Velcro could be used to attach panels of fabric in a few places. I can picture using either a cloth drop cloth. drapes, sheets, or bedspread, shower curtain for the fabric (lots of fabric for the $). You can put fishing weights in the hem near the floor to keep the fabric hanging in place.
Hello Judith,
Run a Curtain wire around all 4 sides tensioned and connecting together via Hook and Eye on wire. Or Make or stick wooden battens to the frame and hang your curtain from that. Or. Box in the sides with MDF or Timber Board (screw together) to create a more permanent room which could be wallpapered or decorated to taste. You could also fix shelves to it too. Best wishes.
Hi! Tension rods might be an easy way to start. Especially the ones made for showers. They usually come with a cup like holder that you can mount. Dowels through the bottom hem will help keep them in place. Sheets, drop cloth and curtains would all work. No hem? Use curtain clips! Good luck and stay safe!
Hi! I answered your question earlier, but, came across this pattern and thought it might be perfect for your granddaughter! I know mine would love it!

You can also use Command hooks to hang the curtains on the metal loft bed.
This pattern will work perfectely. Thanks so much, can't wait to get started.
I did this for a table with ring clips but you could adapt it. https://www.exquisitelyunremarkable.com/2014/11/ring-clip-skirted-table-easy-diy.html
