Is it clogged with minerals? When that happens to mine I fill a plastic bag with vinegar and dunk the shower head in it. Then I wrap an elastic band around it to hold it soaking for a couple of hours. Does the trick!
you can put a bag of vinegar over it and soak. If you don’t want to do that, you can saturate a toothbrush with white vinegar and brush the jets. If mine get clogged, I take my fingers and press & wiggle them until the deposits break up. Then turn on the water to break free.

I scrub it with vinegar and an old toothbrush. If it's bad, I do exactly what was said above.

I do the same as FrugalFamilyTimes! It works great.
We do this every couple months due to hard water. Remove and soak in CLR for a hour. Rinse and re install.
I use YOung Living's Thieves to clean my shower head

Hello there,
Put it into a Polythene bag with Vinegar . Seal or Tie and leave it to steep for 15mins.
That should do it. Rinse in Clear Water and re-fit.
