This is a great all-natural way to "bleach" pinecones without the harmful bleach chemicals! It only takes a few minutes of hands-on time. Hope this helps with some inspiration. Hugs, Holly
Sting them together for a Garland. Hot Glue them to a Wreath Frame, or to a Cone former to make a tree adding other bits a pieces to make it look the way you want. Stick around a Candle. Have fun!
You can make a wreath, fill a container with them and some white lights, make them into tree ornaments, paint them, and use them to decorate your table.
Hi Katherine, I love using pinecones at Christmas. Lots of times I just fill bowls or cake plates with them and place they through my home. I also attach pieces of thread to them and use them to decorate my Christmas tree. They are so cute and free! We used to have pine cone fights until the snow came and we could do snow ball fights when I was a kid. Actually lots of people make a pine cone center piece. Add glitter or the spray on snow.

One of my favorites is to open them up on a foil lined cookie sheet in a slow oven, 150 degrees. The smell of fresh pine fills the house.
You can make a wreath, fill a container with them and some white lights, make them into tree ornaments, paint them, and use them to decorate your table.

You can flock them and add to decorations. Treat your birds by rolling in peanut butter then birdseed and placing outside.
Hi Katherine: You can do loads of things :) First of all, get the bugs out, if there are any. Then, you can mix bird seed with peanut butter, cram that into the pine cones and hang them in trees in your yard for the birds and squirrels. Or, you can make art from the leaves or whatever those things are called. Here's a site for them: https://duckduckgo.com/?q=pinecone+art&t=ffab&iax=images&ia=images&iai=https%3A%2F%2Fpembermuseum.files.wordpress.com%2F2013%2F09%2Fpinecone-owl.jpg Left click on a picture you like and when it comes up bigger, left click on the white words that show up on the right. If you click 'view file', you will see the tree bigger. Or, you can make crafty things. Herfe's a site for that: https://homebnc.com/best-diy-pine-cone-crafts-ideas/ or https://morningchores.com/pinecone-crafts/
Good luck
I love them in a bowl with cinnamon sticks
