They make underlayments for pouring your pan that include "pours" like the liquid rubber I think you're thinking of.

You'll have to search for that using the search bar at the top left and ask there but there is liquid waterproofing you can brush or roll over, yes. Any kind of rubberized coating is just for waterproofing cement board, concrete, underlayment. It still needs to be covered with some kind of flooring. In your case tile.

You really should tile the bottom of the shower with small tiles and grout then seal if you want it to last.

You can use a rubberized waterproofing but it will wear away, you have to cover it with tile, there's no way around using some form of tile in a shower.
