Wood Conversation Hearts

Here is my at home recovering from Covid project. The endless ideas for these will sure make you want to give it a try.

Here is what these cute hearts turned out looking like with some paint, bling and vinyl cut outs.

You need to order this Spritz 3 pack wood heart kit from Target. It is just three wood chunky hearts. It also comes with a beautiful set of paints. They would be Valentine’s color scheme.

Just a chunky plain heart. I started painting them with pink, purple and blue. Let them dry.

I then brought out my Cricut Joy to cut the words. It was my first time using it. (Christmas gift) Instead of going out to my she shed for my vinyl stash I opted for using the silver sheet of vinyl that came with the unit. I thought of words that would be on conversation hearts and cut them out easily. Any cutting machine or even scrapbooking stickers would work

Time to bling a couple of them. I used a couple finds that I found at Dollar General. These were in my stash. I love the pearls and also used gold strips of bling on one. I didn’t need to add glue as they were sticky enough.

Just another way to show them on a display. Hope you enjoyed my simple but adorable looking conversation hearts.

Enjoy decorating yours. You can find me on:
