Cultured marble can be repaired on chips by lightly sanding with wet/dry sandpaper of 1500-2000 grid. Do not clean with any harsh cleaners. The beauty of cultured marble/granite is the ease of cleaning and maintaining the new shiny look. To clean, just wipe with a soft cloth or sponge using a mild soap and water or a non-abrasive foam cleaner.

Hi Janet. Keep your cultured marble clean with a mild soap and water. And then periodically apply a coat of wax. Central Marble Products recommend using GelGloss wax. Never use steel wool on your marble. Good luck Janet.

Cultured marble is normally cleaned with a little soap, a mild detergent, or Windex. Regular sanitizing bathroom cleaners like: Tilex, or Fantastic work well but be sure to read the product label to make sure the product is safe to use and does not contain abrasives.

I have a cultured marble tub that I clean with an oxygen cleaner and a microfiber cloth if it gets build up. Other than that, I just wipe with damp microfiber cloth.
