Can you see everything you have in your closet? I guess no, because myself i have always a problem to localize my clothes or shoes inside a closet that looks like a cave. Sometimes i even avoid to search further in the shelves to find the clothes that i forgot that i have!! And you know what, i finish by wearing the same 4 to 5 outfits the whole season. It’s sad :( isn’t it?

yesterday, i decided to say enough to this situation and go for it, for a little bit more bright and organized closet, that i will enjoy to open it next time.

It didn’t require any power tool or fancy remodeling. It’s just a matter of repurposed furniture and folding skills hhhh.

this project cost me 0$. But i will estimate a cost for you.

Before

This is my closet empty. It does have 2 shelves on the top that set that all. Even if it’s a small closet, But i think it has a good potential for more shelving and storage. But this project will have place in the future, because for now, i need just a well organized closet.

this acrylic shelve dividers are a life saver. You don’t have to do anything when you buy them they come ready to install you just put them on your shelves like I did, nothing else’s. I've got them from an out of business store two years ago, but never used them until we moved to this house recently. I checked online and found them for about 10$ each. I've got them for 3$ each from that store. lucky me! So the moral is, if you find good deal buy it if you think you’ll use it one day.

With a long shelf like that, the clothes will bend on each other and tend to mix together, and that how the mess start! With this dividers, everything stay in place well organized and sorted bu use and gender as i share my closet with my husband.

This how my dividers looks like

This is how you put them between your folded clothes.

I Used a storage boxes in the bottom of the closet and put a board over them to display the items i use frequently so its easy to grab them.

I repurposed this cube shelves from toy storing in my son’s room to a cute shoes, purses and cosmetic displayer. I even had enough room to add mirrors and light.

Because the closet is small and I couldn’t take pictures to show everything together, take a look to the video so you can see the real out coming.

We’re did you find the acrylic shelve dividers for .10 cents? I’ve been searching but I haven’t been able to find them for less than $10 a pair

Nice of you to share this idea and the pictures - but without explaining how you installed the acrylic dividers (what's keeping them in their position), it's not that helpful. We all know that dividers are good for keeping things orderly - but installing them is a challenge.

I have been looking for the acrylic dividers with the width span that yours have and cannot find on the intranet. Can you help provide me with the source.

    Thank you in advance...
