Two part epoxy would make it permanent
Sounds like a good two part epoxy glue will work. Just make sure the quarts surface is clean.
Loctite construction adhesive works on most everything. In the caulking aisle at Home Depot.
I agree two part epoxy, but it will be pretty permanent.
Try gorilla glue. That works for everything. E6000 will work too
