Remove plastic adhesive hooks?

If they are adhesive, you should be able to remove. It may take a bit of muscle and a helping agent like acetone (nail polish), goo gone, or vegetable oil. I would use a plastic scraper to get in between the tile and hook to pry it away. If it isn't budging, then a few drops of an agent to loosen the adhesive. Repeat as needed.

I totally agree with Kathy above! After you remove them there may be some adhesive that won't remove - Goo Gone will do it!

Get an 18" piece of floss. wrap each end around your fingers or a pencil. Slide the floss behind the plastic section. while applying a downward pressure on the floss, move it back and forth left to right until the hook separates from the adhesive. Once you have access to the adhesive you can scrape it off or use an adhesive remover like Goo Gone, rubbing alcohol or citrus based cleaner.

You can remove the sticky part with lemon essential oil

Could you maybe slide some dental floss underneath the hooks to help remove them?

I would use some Goo Gone, and then either a piece of fine wire to run behind the sticky pad, and a single edged razor blade. You can also use one if those paint scrapers with the single edge razor blades from the Dollar Tree.

Hi Chriss, it shouldn't be a problem removing them. Since there are a whole bunch of them I would get a wire saw (it's a long, abrasive wire with a small handle on each end) Slip the saw over the back edge of the hooks, and wiggle it between the wall and the hook. they should pop off in no time

A Piece of Floss and a Hairdryer will do the Trick

First, warm up the adhesive with a hairdryer. 30 seconds or so seems to be about right. Next, use dental floss or fishing line to gently cut through the adhesive strip. Rub off any remaining adhesive residue, and the Command Hook is ready to reuse!
