Growing up we had these pests and really never got rid of them, I think they came in the layers of lumber used to build the house in 1950. They ate newspaper, magazines, a favorite comforter, and come to find out years later, they are easy to get rid of.

Boric Acid has been my "go to" but here's a great article from Good Housekeeping:

Terro Spider Killer spray will work.
I use Home Defense from Home Depot, That stuff is amazing gets rid of every creepy crawler.
Hi! Eliminate any moisture that is attracting them, caulk any openings, and apply a line of diatomaceous earth anywhere they come in. It's what I use for all crawling bugs, because it's safe and it works. Good luck!
Hello Joseph.
Get rid of the damp and the silverfish will go! Wet Cloths, Mops etc on the floor will attract!
Here's a post that might help https://www.doyourownpestcontrol.com/silverfish.htm#:~:text=If%20you%20already%20have%20a,they%20move%20throughout%20the%20structure.&text=In%20addition%2C%20you%20can%20scatter,Perimeter%2010%20in%20the%20attic.

I would go with diatomaceous earth. It isn't a spray but can be administered in a fine line around any area. It's safe for pets & kids too.
