How can I build a rocking motorcycle?

I saw a rocking motorcycle (as opposed to a rocking horse) made out of wood. It was very expensive, but I think I could make one if I had the plans. Anyone out there who can help me out?

Everything I saw was putting a motorcycle on a rocking base. I think the plans Chloe found are probably the best that I saw.

I saw one once where they used a small plastic motorcycle ride on toy and then mounted it on rockers. Then they painted the entire unit and it was very, very cool!!
