How do i repair my porcelain bathroom sink ?

my bathroom sink has several places where it's chipped and some of the porcelain came off when something like paint thinner was spilled on it?

There is a porcelain fix kit that works very well. Follow the directions exactly or it will chip off again very fast.

You can buy porcelain paint. Check in your local hardware/home improvement store.
You could refinish it with RustOleum Tub and Tile kit. Make sure the area is well ventilated and follow directions exactly.

Also, I just chipped my bathroom sink, when something fell out of the medicine chest, my sink is white, I put a dab of white tooth paste into the dent, let it dry then put clear nail polish over it, and it is holding up great1

You can buy a Ceramic Porcelain repair paint! Maybe it was used before, hence why it came off when paint thinners was spilt.
You can get a patch repair kit but if it’s several spots, you might consider having it refinished.
