You could use a color catcher in the wash. Normally, they are for items that have been laundered together so I don't see why it wouldn't work.

If only one or two spots of color have transferred onto a piece of clothing, Reichert recommends trying an oxygen bleach first. To start, dissolve oxygen bleach in hot water, then add enough cold water to cool the mixture. Soak the garment in this solution for 15-30 minutes, then rinse.

1. Soak the item in a solution of 1 quart warm water, 1/2 teaspoon liquid dishwashing or laundry detergent, and 1 tablespoon ammonia for 30 minutes.
2. Rinse well.
3. If stain persists, soak in a solution of 1 quart warm water and 1 tablespoon white vinegar for 1 hour.
4. Rinse well with water and allow to dry.
