Place for dogs to pee?
My sister is on oxygen and just moved to a 1st floor apartment. She has 2 little dogs. Her outside is a long balcony on one side then a huge deck connected to other deck but faces a different way. Are there any ideas she could use so she can just let them out to do their business but not harm the deck? I suggested patio stones with turf in one area. Any ideas would be appreciated.

There are all kinds of things you can buy like this: https://amzn.to/2Q0DYkl to use.
You could also build a large box with stones and turf, but you would need some way to drain it and wash it.
You can buy an artificial grass pad for the dogs. They can be cleaned with a hose.
Here is what someone did for their dogs, they live in a place that has a balcony so they had to create a way for the dog to relieve itself. It might work for your sister's situation:

Chewy is a company who delivers this product.
You could add a small wooden bed and plant grass in it.
I would lay down pond liner first before adding anything to make sure nothing touches the deck beneath it. After that artificial turf is very inexpensive and you can lay down mulch beneath it for absorbency etc.
Buy a small childrens pool and put stones in it. She will have to teach the dogs to go there and she will need to wash it down periodically.
I would get some pee pads and just use those. Maybe secure them to the ground with some masking tape and replace as needed. Then it won't leak through and easy to dispose of.
They make special turf for patios for this reason. Check PetCo or PetSmart

Hello,
Plant timber logs into the garden to resemble tree stumps. that should work!
Hi there, here's an idea your sister can try - http://superdogcharliepants.blogspot.com/2011/06/dog-potty-for-patio-build-your-own.html
Any small space for dogs to do their thing needs to be cleaned. I would make sure there is a garden hose handy to spray off the area on a regular basis.
