Bathroom countertop ?

The tub wall tiles could be covered with a PVC surround kit.

The tiles on the counters:

• Resurface countertops with quick-setting cement for an updated look. Sand the existing tile countertops and build a temporary form that attaches to the cabinetry, which will hold the cement as it sets. Then, simply mix and pour self-leveling concrete over the countertops and follow the package instructions to cure it. Paint a sealant over the concrete to protect it from water and debris. While this is a more labor-intensive option, it can be very inexpensive, depending on the type of concrete you choose.
• Keep in mind that the concrete will likely crack slightly during the curing process, but you can fill in the cracks with the sealant.

I would use Tile Stickers or Covers, they come in many designs and colours including Turkish Tiles!

You can paint the tile with Rustoleum or Homax Tub and Tile paint.

You can also change the grout color with Mapei Grout Refresh. That stuff works wonders, has built in sealer. Amazon has more colors available but it you have a Floor and Decor near you they have several colors at half the price of Amazon.

You could add some pizazz by changing out the grout with something shiny or go elegant with a traditional color.

Perhaps you could try painting the tiles or try one of those peel and stick tiles to go over it.

The countertop is more difficult. If you're crafty you can remove the top and replace it with wood. We did it in a day and for under $100.

You could cover it with peel and stick tile. I have the same tile (I think) in all of my home’s bathrooms! lol
