I use just plain water in a microwave safe cup, bring it to a boil and let it set for at least 15-20 min with the door shut and the microwave off. Open the door when done and wipe clean. Repeat if needed.
The removable plate can be cleaned in the sink or d/w.

Hi, Put water in a "Pyrex" dish or measure cup. Put in microwave and set for 10 min. The steam from the boiling water will loosen the dried up crud .. Makes it easy to wipe off

Put a few tablespoons of vinegar in a microwave-safe bowl with a cup of water. Bring to a boil. Remove it and wipe down the interior with a sponge.

Warm water wash inside then rinse out with clean cloth use a micro fiber cloth
I use Young Living's Thieves cleaner
Put a small bowl of water in there and bring to the boil. That should loosen the baked on stuff and you should then be able to wipe it clean.
