You could try and make him out of natural things like pine cones, branches, acorns etc.

You could purchase a ceramic bisque one, paint it and have it fired.

Hello if you have some artistic abilities I would suggest cutting them out of pressure treated wood and painting it up. I did that with a Gnome.

I found several online by using google that are premade and very good prices of course it will not let me share the photos here (sorry) I cannot find any info on making a fake raccoon

Depends upon what kind of a raccoon you want to make. Wood? Ceramic?
