That is a dracena, but it looks like it is dead and beyond saving to me. You can read more about them here: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/dracaena/dracaena-houseplant-care.htm

Thanks for the link, the bottom of the trunk had tiny green outshoots-you can't see them in the picture, I cut off the top and spray painted it with silver highlights and stuck it in with the Yucca plants. Looks like it grew there.

Chloe is correct, it's a dracena. There are several varieties and usually a huseplant, though it can do well on a patio during appropriate weather. It looks as though yours has gone to long without care to be revived.

Yes it is in the dracaena family of cordyline line plants it can be saved and come back. Look for information on dying cordyline plants.

  • It is a dracaena, but it's seen better days. You can try cutting it back and watering it, it may come back.

Hello. Appears that your plant has had some severe exposure or neglect and it’s likely dead if not dormant. It should be green. Here’s a link on care of the plants in case you care to purchase another one

    Hello,

Looks like a Cordyline! The come in Green/cream stripe, Green or Red. Soak it overnight and repot it up or plant it out. You could also use Plant Reviver on it!

    Best wishes.

I don't know what it is but I have something that looks like it that I got in a $1 box. I just threw it in the ground, feed every 2 weeks with a micronutrient, and water if it gets super dry. It's 3 years old and has done well.
