HOW TO SHORTEN WINDOW BLINDS?

I NEED TO SHORTEN LENGTH OF SEVERAL BLINDS, SOME ARE NARROW VINYL AND SOME ARE WIDER FAKE WOOD.

Hi Marie here's a youtube video on how I've always done it. There are generally two spots at the bottom of every blind where you can pull out the cord and remove as many blind slat as you would like.
