How about a kiddie pool, plastic sandbox, slip and slide, swing set with a slide and maybe an easy tree house. My kids LOVE going down the slide after we cover it with tons of shaving cream. They completely get covered and then hose off before going back into the small intex pool we have that we take down each year.
