Keep in mind that as the quilts are going to be difficult to wash without causing distortion, and expensive to dry clean, so I would not suggest that you use them as throws or covers on any furniture that is actually used.
Wall hangings, drape over the back of sofa and chairs, take the damaged ones and make pillows or shams, frame pieces of the damaged ones in a shadow box.
You could display several of them on the rungs of a decorative ladder that are popular right now. If you have many, you could display by color or size and change them out every few months.
Here's the wall hanging and decorative shelf I built for my grandma's vintage quilt. I totally love how it brought so much color to our living room!

Quilt Wall Hanging – Retiring an Heirloom and Adding a Shelf
I have three quilts that my mother and grandmother made 75+ years ago. They are about the size of the top of a queen bed, too little to use on any of my beds, so I gave all three to a quilting club to cut and sew them together to make one patchwork bedspread to fit a queen bed. I want it to hang below the boxspring so I dont have to worry about a bedskirt. If there is any material is left over they will make pillow shams or throw pillows. I'm excited to see what it looks like and to put it on display in my guest room.

You're really only limited by your imagination here as there are endless ways to display quilts or parts of quilts. You can frame them, hang them on the wall, make pillows out of parts, even probably reupholster chairs with them.

I always loved to see a quilt hanging at the top of a staircase. Mount on wood with tabs like the tab top curtains and a strip of wood.
Fold in thirds and drape over the back of a couch. Stack them in a neat pile and store them in a shelving unit so you can see the edges.
I love to see vintage quilts hung on a wall. You can hang a sturdy curtain rod on a wall and fold a number of quilts and hang them over the rod. You could do one in each room. I like using quilts as tablecloths, too. A vintage wood ladder is another great way to display them.

Hello. I will fold them to a manageable size and put them on the backside of my easy chair for both decorative display and protection of the leather front from hair and skin oils.
